In the competitive, price-driven New York metro market, Storage Deluxe needed strong differentiation to help increase rentals.

ACTION:

EGC developed a highly targeted online campaign which included PPC search, online banners, email, video and social media, supported by an offline component for coupon-seekers. The campaign positions Storage Deluxe as the solution to cramped living spaces vs. jumping into a "me too" price war.

THE FINISH LINE:

Leads, leads and more leads. In the first two years of this campaign, leads have increased by more than 100% annually. This has all been accomplished while simultaneously delivering hundreds of thousands of dollars in media added value and month-over-month declines in cost-per-action.
